Dr Michel Stchakovsky is ellipsometry application engineer since 1991 when he joined HJY after his thesis on ellipsometry in the group of Prof Drevillon, one of the international leading groups in ellipsometry. He is recognised as one of the worldwide expert in ellipsometry.
